Inspiration: The intense desire for individuation often makes use of a crowd from which to push off.
Today: Space is important today.
Individual space… enough room to breathe and move on one's own. It may be that a crowd, any crowd, is simply intolerable for many today. Emotional needs seek freedom rather than to be caged. Personal energies drive for individuality, a drive that does not like a crowd.
If you find yourself in a claustrophobic situation, try being cool and remember to breathe out. It is possible to be in a room with hundreds, thousands of others and be all alone, far off in a golden space all your own.
Be aware that even when all alone, one can feel trapped. A few pronounced exhalations should be enough to shake you free. Wherever the crowd is… in a public space, or in your mind… turning the other way will be the natural urge.
