Inspiration: In a man's experience, some days are dense… heavy with material realities and concerns… some days are of lighter dimension.

 

Today: The bottle neck of several wagon trains at the pass gave rise to an unexpected benefit. As evening fell, wayfarers began to socialize, share food stories, tell tales of fairy folk and spirits. Soon, music and dancing filled the air and people from every corner of the world and walk of life got along.

 

Expecting people to get along seems impossible at times. Today, however, a wee bit of fairy magic can happen. Like the wagon train bottleneck where too many streams of travellers converge on a narrow point, the stress gives way to other more pleasant ways of being with others.

 

Imagine traffic gridlock turned into a picnic and campfire dance.

 

In meditation practice, what seems a block give way in surprising ways. 

 

A little light ceremony is really all it takes to shift energies to a better place.
