Aquarius 16 is closely tied in with all Aries point considerations. Symbols for Aries, Libra, Cancer and Capricorn 1 find further expression in the 16th degree fixed signs. Here, the idea of influence is highlighted suggesting that after major work, power and position are in a place to make a difference.
Aquarius 16 is also closely tied with Leo/Aquarius 1 and Virgo/Pisces 1. The overall effect is that one has power and influence. The task is to use that influence wisely and for constructive purposes. If you choose to spread a negative tone around, expect that to happen. but why would you choose that? If you assume you can set the terms of whatever you seek to secure, you will find almost immediately after (see Aquarius 17) that there are those who simply choose to do their own thing anyway.
