Reach and grasp...
... the difference between your reach and your grasp: you can reach for the stars, seek the harmonies of the heavens, but the span of your grasp may not accord with all you reach for.
A Pythagorean analogy may be useful for understanding Libra 29. A full chord, musically speaking, is a full span of eight notes, while the ninth note is the divine overtone.
When seeking higher knowledge or understanding, it is common that a man become too 'other-worldly', a head more in the heavens or clouds as the case may be, than feet firmly planted on earth. When this is the case, one's grasp will surely fall short. The paradox is that an well-grounded earthly seeker, by staying open to further understanding, walks in accordance with the overtones of heaven.
