'Arresting'...
... is not a negative word.
many take this symbol as meaning that something bad is going to happen like being arrested by the authorities for a crime committed. But the symbol is just 'arresting' which, even in law and order terms, means to be suspended for freely acting. It implies no charge, no guilt, no blame, no responsibility in the sense of having been the perpetrator of a crime.
What it does suggest is two men are arrested... from further action, progress or from regular routine.
Imagine two men getting into a scuffle after a night in the bar. They may be separated and 'put under arrest' until tempers cool and a semblance of reason and respect emerges. No charge. No great crime. Simply a conflict that was not going to be resolved if let continue.
An arresting situation can also mean something very positive such as being stopped in your tracks by something stunningly beautiful.
