Strength of character is not achieved by might of arms...
In a way, the expression "Walk softly and carry a big stick" is not far off for the Pisces 15 symbol. The core theme addresses the possibility of greatness of character. There are several sub-themes as well: attentiveness, refinement, exemplifying, teaching, training, to name a few.
Imagine having a date to go out to see a movie. Typically, the man is ready in advance, and very often the woman is ... well... getting herself ready.
No matter how this scenario plays itself out, there is only one thing the man must be: ready.
Not impatient. Not loud and vocal "Come on Alice! Let's get going!" Without grumbling complaint. No rolling of the eyes. Drop the anxious pacing. Carry on no hostile inner dialogues of an argumentative sort. All a man must be is ready.
But there is another element to readiness that makes a huge uplifting difference. Cheerfulness.
A man is ready when the moment for proceeding is greeted with cheerfulness and joy. In this way, all relationships are uplifted in harmony. In this way, a man conducts himself knowing that those things of greatest value cannot be won by strength of arms, force or power.
One might also think of 'rough and ready'. But in this case 'rough' points to the means and circumstance of the individual. A man may, for example, look lacking in dress, manners and means like a very unpolished sort. Even so, 'rough' can be ready... and that is everything.
This is not a one time achievement. It is a daily practice of refinement. Every human being must renew one's character every day. It is so excruciatingly simple to be ready and yet very few are ever ready. Refinement of conduct and the uplifting of human relations is an on-going journey.
It was once known as "The Flower of Civilization".
