Blain, Have you looked into my systematic method for setting a foundation for interpreting the sabians? I appreciate what you have done to get back to the original meanig. I use them, too. But to help define the meaning of the symbol, correlate the degrees to their placement in the zodiacal circle and voila! Notice, at the 10, a Cancerian bent - nurturing, some challenges here in Capricorn....Because 10 correlates with the last 12 degrees of Cancer, there is a sticky quality and because of the oppoisiotn the degree has to the sign it is in (a Cancer degree in Capricorn), you get the full moon effect - back and forth, give and take quality. And I like the way you say the degree is illuminated today. Thanks for all you do!
